Artwork preparation checklist

Use your original PNG or JPEG, up to 3 MB and 25 megapixels. Keep the highest resolution original for production. Match repeat edges where needed and leave important text away from rims and seams. A visible preview is not a print proof: request the exact mold dieline, print zone, colour proof and physical sample before production.

PNG and JPEG files up to 3 MB are supported in the studio. Production files such as PDF or AI are discussed after the concept is agreed.

Can I use different prints across a range?

Yes. Save each concept as its own item, then refine the collection brief locally.

How do I get started?

Upload artwork, choose a shape and save your first concept. When you submit an enquiry, your saved design details and attachments are passed to the Rimetta team for review.

Are the dimensions confirmed?

No. Requests are nominal, mold-dependent references until confirmed by the factory.

Can I reopen an item?

Yes. Saved local items reopen with their artwork, shape, scale, rotation and requested quantity.
